The elimination of the fire in the area of the village of Sokolovka, Nizhnetavdinsky district, is also being completed. The fire brigade reports that populated areas are not at risk of fire.

Since the beginning of the current fire season, the largest number of fires has been recorded in Tyumen – 14, in the Tyumen region – 12 and in the Yarkovsky region – 10.

Let us remind you that Governor Alexander Moor introduced a fire regime in the region on April 5. It will last until May 15 inclusive. The restrictions should reduce the number of possible fires that later lead to large fires.

Stopping a fire caused by dry grass can be difficult. Homes or even populated areas can be damaged by burning grass. Grass burns cause very strong smoke, and in many cases become the cause of forest and peat fires. In this regard, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations warns citizens about the inadmissibility of burning dry grass.
