The paddy wagon carrying the prisoners was involved in an accident in the Admiralteysky district of St. Petersburg.

The accident happened at the intersection of Izmailovsky Prospekt and 7th Krasnoarmeyskaya Street. According to Megapolis, a police car collided with three cars, resulting in one person being injured.

“Two ambulances are on site, assisting the prisoner,” the publication notes.

The published photos show a damaged paddy wagon and a small truck. The rear part of the body of the convoy vehicle was damaged, and the front part of the cargo vehicle was crushed.

In August last year, a paddy wagon with prisoners collided with a KamAZ truck on the WHSD. As a result of the accident, no one was injured; the official vehicle received minor damage.

In March 2022, a paddy wagon carrying detained participants in an uncoordinated action against the Northern Military District overturned in Moscow. The driver tried to avoid a collision with a car; police officers and detainees were injured.
