In Orenburg, for the first time, the fact of summer residents living in the flood zone was established

The Central District Court of Orenburg established that residents of the Berezka SNT permanently live in the flood zone.

The claim of the Orenburg residents was considered through simplified proceedings. The court’s decision has already been implemented. Now plaintiffs will be able to receive financial assistance in connection with the loss of essential property.

To confirm the fact of permanent residence in the emergency zone, residents of the Orenburg region can provide any documents. These could be receipts for payment of utilities, a contract of sale or rental of housing, postal correspondence, certificates from work and educational institutions, the press service of the Central District Court recalled.

The application is submitted to the court of the district where the Orenburg resident lives and can confirm this with documents.
