In the Murmansk region, a cafe employee asked a customer to leave the cafe and was hit in the face. The incident occurred at the end of January in Gadzhievo.

– The man used physical violence against the victim in response to a reasonable remark made to him to leave the cafe premises due to the end of the establishment’s work, that is, in the absence of any reason. At the same time, he was intoxicated and behaved extremely aggressively, the Gadzhievsky Garrison Military Court reported.

The judge saw signs of a criminal offense in the actions of the northerner.

By the decision of the judge of the Gadzhievsky Garrison Military Court, the proceedings in the case of an administrative offense under Art. 6.1.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, in relation to G. terminated on the basis of clause 3, part 1.1 of Art. 29.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and transferred to the military investigative department.
