Sports equipment rental points will open in the capital’s parks on May 1. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow Department of Culture.
“On May 1, sports equipment rental centers will open in the capital’s parks. Guests can rent bicycles, electric cars, scooters, velomobiles and children’s cars. In addition, tandems are available for rent – bicycles with additional seats and pairs of pedals that two people can ride on,” the message says.
It is noted that depending on their preferences and level of training, visitors can choose the appropriate equipment. It is issued on bail in the form of any government-issued document (with the exception of a civil passport, which will be required when drawing up an agreement) or cash.
Thus, guests of Tagansky Park and the Pryamikov Children’s Park are offered a ride on children’s velomobiles and electric cars. Rental points will be open daily from 10:00 to 20:00. In 2023, electric cars were especially popular among kids. This year, this type of transport will undoubtedly also be popular among young visitors. On the main territory of Tagansky Park, the rental point is located near the entrance to the stadium, in the Pryamikov Children’s Park – near the water and sand playground. Electric cars and velomobiles can also be rented in Perovsky Park. The pavilion is located on the main square near the attractions. Visitors are welcome daily from 10:00 to 19:00. In the Terletskaya Dubrava recreation area, adults and children have the opportunity to rent bicycles, electric cars, and electric scooters. There are also single, double and four-seater velomobiles available for rent. The point will be open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. It can be found near the main square.
In addition, in the Khodynskoe Pole park, velomobiles, electric cars, electric scooters, roller skates, longboards, and racing gokarts are available for rent. The rental office operates in the directorate building, located on the central promenade. On weekdays it is open from 10:00 to 21:00, on weekends from 10:00 to 22:00. In Lianozovsky Park, electric cars, electric ATVs, bicycles, and velomobiles will be available in the rental pavilion on the central square. With their help, you can comfortably explore the entire territory of the park. The rental point will be open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. The rental car in Babushkinsky Park is located on the main alley opposite the children’s playground. The point is open daily in the summer: from Monday to Friday – from 11:00 to 19:00, and on Saturday and Sunday – from 10:00 to 19:00. Here visitors will be provided with bicycles, electric cars, velomobiles, and ATVs for rent.
