“Appoint Tatyana Petrovna Kolchinskaya as Minister of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region, establishing a trial period of 1 month“, states the decree of Governor Alexei Teksler dated April 24.

Kolchinskaya recently held the position of deputy chief physician of City Clinical Hospital No. 1 of Chelyabinsk. Endocrinologist of the highest category.
She already has experience working in the Ministry of Health – from January 2021 to August 2022, she was deputy minister.
The minister’s position became vacant after Agata Tkacheva left this post in November last year. After this and until April 11, the duties of the head of the Ministry of Health were performed by Elena Nedochukova.
