The construction of the northern bypass of Pskov across the Velikaya River continues under the presidential national project “Safe Quality Roads” and will be completed in 2027, PAI was told in the Committee on Transport and Road Facilities of the Pskov Region.
The scope of work includes the construction of a four-lane highway with a bridge over the Velikaya River, a transport interchange at the intersection with the federal highway A-212 and four more overpasses. The total length of the facility will be more than eight kilometers.
Now specialists continue work on the construction of intermediate reinforced concrete supports for the bridge across the Velikaya River, where preparations are underway for the installation of a metal span.
In parallel, the construction of reinforced concrete supports for the overpass at the intersection of the Rodina – Navolok highway in the Pskov region continues, as well as the procurement of inert materials for the construction of the highway and the reconstruction of networks crossing the route.
The work is being carried out by the contractor ETS LLC under a contract with the Pskov Region Highway Administration.
