Kostroma Agricultural Academy received three grants from Russian Student Teams

The fourth stream of training has expanded the range of training areas and will be implemented on the basis of the Kostroma State Agricultural Academy. 31 students will receive the profession of “livestock breeder of the third category”, 42 students will study the profession of “bricklayer of the second category”, 10 people will become welders. State support for the training of student fighters in the Kostroma State Agricultural Academy will amount to more than 1 million rubles, reported the VC group “FGBOU HE Kostroma State Agricultural Academy (KGSHA).”

Alexander Ryzhov, head of the Kostroma regional branch of the RSO:

The potential of such a measure of state support is proven by the number of people willing to study – compared to the first cohort, which took place three years ago, the number of people receiving an additional working profession has more than quadrupled. And this makes me very happy. This is a great help to the region’s livestock industry during the summer working season. Welders and masons are in demand in almost any economy; they will join the ranks of workers at social facilities in the region and all-Russian construction sites.

The vocational training program implemented at the Kostroma State Agricultural Academy is an excellent opportunity to gain additional qualifications for your main profession, which will allow you to expand your range of competencies and become a universal specialist. According to the declared category, within two months students will learn to perform basic work in a blue-collar profession, and will become familiar with modern production technologies and safety precautions. During their studies, students will undergo practical training at agricultural and construction companies, as well as in technical laboratories of the Kostroma State Agricultural Academy.

What worries many students first of all is that the issue of employment will be successfully resolved. Upon completion of the program, everyone will receive standard certificates. Students working as part of the RSO will be officially hired and provided with decent wages.
