Residents of a house on Leninsky Prospekt in Voronezh have been left without electricity for almost a week

In Voronezh on Thursday, April 18, a three-story house on Leninsky Prospekt, 8/2, in which several families still live, was cut off from power and was being demolished, the publication reported. 36on.

Local residents turned to various authorities to restore the supply of the resource, but the problem, as they say, is still there. This problem has remained unresolved for almost a week now.

This house was supposed to be occupied by a developer building a high-rise building nearby. At the same time, the residents were promised apartments in the new building next door. However, then the plans were adjusted – in exchange they offered living space on the outskirts of Voronezh.

But not everyone agreed with such changes. In the three-story building, five apartments still remain unoccupied, the owners of which refuse to move out under the terms of the developer who is renovating this block.

According to the publication, the Razvitie company last offered monetary compensation to the “dissenters.” True, the amount did not cover the costs of purchasing a new home, which is why the builders received another refusal.

This is not the first time that the house has been cut off from communications. Previously, the problem could only be resolved with the help of the prosecutor’s office. It is likely that this time the light will return to the homes of the townspeople only after the intervention of the supervisory department.

By the way, representatives of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia visited the de-energized house the day before, who are conducting a pre-investigation check into the fact that the power supply to the 3-story building, which is being demolished, was cut off.
