A resident of Orel paid more than 1.3 million rubles of debt on taxes and payments, as well as 124 thousand rubles of enforcement fees.
As reported by the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Oryol region, the woman had been evading taxes on real estate and cars for a long time, and also paid for utilities.
Bailiffs restricted the Orlov resident’s right to leave the Russian Federation and the right to drive a vehicle. A ban on registration actions in relation to movable and immovable property owned by the debtor was also initiated.
At the same time, the woman was going to sell the property that belonged to her, but the ban on registration actions issued by the bailiff did not allow her to carry out her plan. In order to ensure that the deal did not fall through, she immediately repaid the entire amount of the debt and paid the execution fee.
