On the section of Spasskaya street from st. From Svoboda to Volodarsky, bollards are being installed – bollards that prevent the passage of vehicles.
As the Kirov administration said, in this case the columns will mark the entrances to the pedestrian zone. From May 11, the “Pedestrian Spasskaya” project will resume.
In connection with construction and installation work, the movement of vehicles will be temporarily limited except for emergency vehicles, cars of residents who live and work in houses in these areas, and transport for persons in custody.
Traffic will be limited at the intersection of Spasskaya and Volodarsky, Spasskaya and Svoboda from midnight on April 24 to 23:59 on April 30.
