Canceled charters found replacements, and more than one

The problem with direct flights from Kaliningrad to Turkey has been resolved: from April 28, the new carrier Tailwind Airlines will fly there.
According to the Association of Russian Tour Operators, tourists who booked tours with Pegas Touristik, Anex and Coral Travel will fly with this airline without any additional payments. Those who were going to the resort a little earlier will not be able to use the new charters, but they will be organized a flight with a transfer in Moscow. For now, direct flights will be three times a week (previously 4-5 flights weekly were announced), but in May the schedule will be adjusted and their number will increase. By the way, tickets for charters also went on sale on online aggregators, separately, without tours. True, this is of little use: at the end of April they cost 80 thousand rubles one way (further their cost decreases, but not much: to 60-64 thousand rubles), return tickets are sold at a price of 24 thousand rubles.
Let us remind you that in March it became known that Southwind Airlines, which launched direct flights from Kaliningrad to Antalya for several years in a row, was banned from flying over the European Union. The problem was solved for several weeks, and as a result, two new carriers will take Kaliningrad residents to the warm sea. In addition to )Tailwind Airlines, from May 22, there will be direct flights from Corendon Airlines to Antalya. There are no tickets for sale for it separately, only as part of tours.
While it was unclear whether we would be taken to Turkey at all this summer, some fellow countrymen replaced the May holiday in Antalya with Egypt, this option was offered by tour operators, because from April 7, charters fly from us to Sharm el-Sheikh. Tickets there are also sold on online aggregators without tours and are much cheaper than Turkey: one way at the beginning of May – from 21-25 thousand rubles, but there are practically no return tickets for direct flights; you will have to get there with a transfer.
As for the flow of guests to our region, as regional Minister of Culture and Tourism Andrei Ermak said last week, by the end of the year an increase of 11% is predicted, that is, the number of tourists could be approximately 2 million 200 thousand.
