According to the investigation, on April 30, 2022, crew members of Ukrainian bombers, following the order of the commander and superiors, dropped air bombs on the oil loading station of LLC NK Russneft-Bryansk in the Bryansk region. This resulted in danger to civilians and significant property damage amounting to at least 11 million rubles.

The evidence collected by the investigation was recognized by the court as significant for sentencing the commander of the 7th Tactical Aviation Brigade named after. Peter Franko of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to Evgeniy Bulatsik (included in the list of terrorists and extremists) for committing a crime under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for a terrorist act.

Bulatsik (listed as a terrorist and extremist) was sentenced in absentia to 18 years in prison, and the investigation continues to work to identify other persons involved in this crime.
