Fountains are starting to be launched in Tyumen. The public relations and media committee of the city administration reported that the fountain is already working on Newlyweds Alley in the Kalininsky administrative district of the city of Tyumen. Facilities are being prepared for launch at the Information and Library Center for Youth at Chervishevsky Trakt, 15, and in Komsomolsky Square – equipment is being cleaned and tested there.

In other districts and on the Tura River embankment, fountains will begin operating on May 1; contractors are currently busy reactivating these facilities.

The municipality has 20 fountains. “Cascade” and “Rucheek” delight the townspeople on the Tura embankment; Six fountains are located in the Eastern and Central districts, three each in Kalininsky and Leninsky. The most popular and beloved among the citizens and guests of Tyumen are the fountains on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, on the squares of Unity and Harmony, Fighters of the Revolution, in the Korabelny squares, Veterans of Energy, Home Front Workers, on Nikolai Chukmaldin Boulevard, in the Country Garden.
