A decree from the head of the Ryazan administration, Vitaly Artemov, on turning off the heating was published. The document is published in the Ryazan Gazette.
“Organizations of all forms of ownership operating heat consumption systems must reliably disconnect heat consumption systems from heating networks on April 24, 2024. Consider April 24, 2024 as the last day of the heating season in the city of Ryazan,” the document says.
