The construction of two residential buildings for resettlement under the renovation program in the east of the capital in the Bogorodskoye district at the address: Igralnaya Street, property 1 will be completed in 2025. The head of the Construction Department, part of the Complex of Urban Planning Policy and Construction of the City of Moscow, Rafik Zagrutdinov, spoke about this.
“The buildings will be put into operation next year. The construction of the above-ground part of the building is currently underway. The residential buildings will have variable number of floors and will be built according to an individual project. The objects will combine style design, courtyard space and parking. The facades of the buildings will be faced with porcelain stoneware slabs, and metal baskets for air conditioners will be installed on them. The entrance areas will be decorated with stained glass glazing,” said Rafik Zagrutdinov.
The building will have 486 apartments: 146 one-room, 280 two-room and 60 three-room. Seven apartments will be equipped for residents with limited mobility. They will increase the width of corridors and doorways, install special plumbing fixtures and handrails in the bathroom, and place peepholes and window handles at a low level. The finished, improved finishing in the new apartments will fully comply with the renovation standards approved by the Moscow government decree.
The first floors will be made non-residential. There will be a lobby for the residential part of the building, an elevator hall, a storage room for cleaning equipment, an area for mailboxes and technical rooms.
To move between floors, modern passenger-and-freight elevators will be installed in each section; they will be equipped with visual and tactile information aids.
The new building will be equipped with security systems for the entrance to the building, warning and evacuation control systems in case of fire, fire alarm systems, and video surveillance.
The entrance to the building, the floor of the lobbies and elevator halls on the first floors will be at the same level as the ground surface. Thanks to this, mothers with strollers and people with limited mobility will be able to get into the entrance without assistance. Tiles with a rough surface at the entrance to the house will prevent slipping at any time of the year.
The surrounding area will be landscaped and landscaped: trees and shrubs will be planted, lawns and flower beds will be laid out. Specialists will also install a children’s playground with a safe rubber surface, a sports ground, and a quiet area for adults.
