Tula. April 24. INTERFAX – The Tula region will provide assistance to the Donetsk People’s Republic in establishing a system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency, the press service of the Tula government reported.

According to Deputy Prime Minister Olga Gremyakova, the Tula region is ready to share with colleagues from new regions its developments, development strategy, approaches to team building, help in creating regulations, etc.

“The model of work of commissions on the affairs of minors and the protection of their rights in the Tula region is based on digital analytics and work with data that the office of the regional commission accumulates in the form of information panels in the Situation Center. This approach shows a comprehensive picture of preventive work in the region,” it is cited in message from Gremyakova.

Representatives of the DPR will also be able to take part in educational intensive courses for management teams of juvenile affairs commissions. They will be held in Tula with the participation of speakers from different Russian regions.
