During the May holidays, most banks in St. Petersburg suspend customer service, Neva.Today reports.
From April 28 to May 1 and from May 9 to 12, banks will be completely closed.
St. Petersburg residents will be able to receive financial services until April 28 inclusive, and then from May 2 to May 8. Next, the operating hours of banks for the May holidays will change. They will go away for the weekend according to the holiday schedule.
On holidays, you will be able to reach the call center and, for example, report fraud or block your bank card. Any other services will be available from the 13th.
During the holidays, access to ATMs will remain around the clock, so there will be no problems getting cash.
Money can be withdrawn and deposited not only at bank branches, but also at ATMs located in shopping centers.
St. Petersburg residents need to take into account the operating hours of banks only if they plan to withdraw funds from a cell or account. If they need the help of a specialist for this, then they should contact them on weekdays – either from May 2 to May 8, or after the 13th.
