According to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, police officers are prosecuting a woman suspected of repeatedly selling alcohol from an apartment in a residential building. Earlier, police in Ryazan identified and stopped the sale of alcohol-containing products from an apartment on Keramzavod Street, where a 60-year-old woman lives.

Ryazanka was brought to administrative responsibility for this violation under Article 14.17.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

As part of the verification activities, it turned out that the offender had resumed illegal activities and continued to sell alcohol from the apartment.

Local police officers documented the illegal sale of alcoholic beverages. Now the attacker faces criminal punishment.

A criminal case has been initiated against the attacker under Article 171.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal retail sale of alcohol and alcohol-containing food products, if this act is committed repeatedly.” For committing this crime, punishment is provided in the form of a fine in the amount of up to 80 thousand rubles, or in the form of correctional labor for up to 1 year.
