Students have already begun the countdown to the main creative youth event. The gala concert of the Student Spring festival will take place on April 30. The participants literally live in the rehearsal rooms and bring their performances to perfection. What happens on the other side of the stage and what does this event mean to the guys?

This is not the first “Student Spring” for Nomina. For four years now she has been living from one gala concert to another. She grew from a participant into a dance director, leading a team of 13 people onto the big stage.

Then, from these small improvisations, some kind of combination is obtained, from which a specific number is already built.

Perfected movements are the result of rehearsals. They have been preparing for the gala concert for several months. Student Spring brought together 5 universities in Buryatia and several colleges. A thousand students will perform on stage.

– What do the student spring participants go through?

Yulia Tarasova, participant of the “Student Spring”–2024″, VSUTU student: Through ourselves. First of all, these are the emotions that the participant in the student spring receives, and then the places, of course, and the competition itself between faculties, between universities.

This year the organizers decided to experiment, from performances to scenography. Screens, light and sound – everything will be bigger than before.

Alexander Malkhanov, Deputy Director of the Republican Folk Art Center: Student dog handlers decided to perform with their dogs today. The most beautiful room, so huge, 20 dogs jumping, galloping, looking for one glove in the hall. We plan for this to be the highlight of our evening.

But that is not all. On stage they will break not only stereotypes, but also spinal bones. 12 people will demonstrate their skills, including 4 girls.
