“Ryazan Arbat”, as the Post Office is sometimes called, is now a grandiose construction site half a kilometer long. This is exactly the length of this miraculously surviving historically identical pedestrian street.
Now the summer verandas of numerous cafes and bars are being actively developed here.
If you watch the video with sound, you feel like you are on a construction site. The clatter of hammers and the grinding of hacksaws is also flavored with the aroma of paint. And all so that until mid-September the people here would be buzzing: not only inside, but also outside.
The restaurant with the funny name “In Ryazan…” (the name was invented by TV presenter Ivlev when he was rebranding here in the winter) was the first to “get everyone done” with the installation of the flyer. Now the whole intrigue is who will be second.
Pochtovaya (formerly Podbelsky Street) is one of the almost completely preserved city places with buildings from the 19th century. And at the same time one of the most criminal locations in Ryazan.
And although it’s all covered with video cameras, the street continues to be a magnet for those who like to organize a weekend get-together. We believe that the secret reality series “Fight Club 2.0” is being filmed here, otherwise how can we explain the fact that, being in the very center and “under the supervision” of law enforcement officers, they are not present in any backstage with a street fight.
By the way, someone acted more cunningly than everyone else: they took two tables onto a long-established wooden platform – it would be cold to remove them.
