The Omsk Garrison Court issued a verdict in the case of the Omsk military man Omaraskhab Musaev, who was accused of two counts of theft.

The first time, a man stole several packages of perfume from a cosmetic studio for a total amount of 6 thousand rubles. Then Musaev went down into the underground passage, kicked out the window of a shopping kiosk and stole chargers and mobile phones. The damage amounted to more than 12 thousand rubles.

For his crime, the serviceman received 1 year in a general regime colony and an obligation to compensate losses to the victims.

The verdict can still be appealed.
