On Wednesday, April 24, the Ryazan Railway Court began considering a criminal case regarding the theft of 15 million rubles by a group of officials. As part of the case, the court extended the house arrest of ex-adviser to the former vice-governor Vladimir Artsybashev. A RZN correspondent reports this. info.

Artsybashev’s lawyer asked to change the place of serving house arrest from Moscow to Ryazan. And also, if possible, consider taking him for walks for an hour.

The prosecutor’s office asked to extend house arrest for six months, and also partially supported the defense’s requests.

A representative of the administration was also present at the meeting as an injured party.

In addition, the meeting was closed while Artsybashev’s health condition was examined.

The judge granted the prosecutor’s request and extended the house arrest until October 4, 2024. He also allowed me to serve my sentence in Ryazan.
