According to RIA Strela, the final concert of the amateur art festival “Student Spring 2024” is taking place on the stage of the Bryansk Philharmonic.
Participants and guests of the festival were greeted by the acting director of the Department of Internal Policy of the Bryansk Region, Maxim Gudov, who thanked the heads of universities for the development of student creativity, as well as support for youth initiatives.
Qualifying rounds took place over several weeks. The jury assessed the artistic talents, the quality of the production, and the implementation of the concept. The best, brightest, creative participants will receive awards and diplomas
