Experts predicted an increase in tourist flow to the Kaliningrad region by 15% in 2024

The growth of tourist flow to the Kaliningrad region in 2024 will be 15%. Business FM Kaliningrad writes about this, citing the region’s Minister of Culture and Tourism Andrei Ermak, on Wednesday, April 24.

Hotel occupancy for the May holidays is more than 65%, for June – 45%. By the upcoming long weekend the figure will exceed 80%. From May to September, up to 1.2 million trips to the region are expected – 15% more than in the same period last year, Ermak noted. The average occupancy of accommodation facilities will reach 80% by the end of 2024, the minister is confident.

The number of tourists visiting the Kaliningrad region over the weekend from March 8 to 10 increased by 20% compared to last year.
