Residents of one of the apartment buildings in Kaluga reported their music lover neighbor to the police. According to them, in September 2023, on weekdays, he listened to music very loudly, more than once – already after midnight.

Protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up against the man, and he was also fined 3,000 rubles – 1,500 for each violation.

According to the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Kaluga region, the Kaluga resident disputed these accusations, saying that one day he was not at home, and in general, he was not the only one living in the apartment.

But the judge was adamant and still fined the troublemaker.
