Payment for the use of residential premises in the municipal fund in Nizhny Novgorod will increase from July 1. This was reported by the city Department of Economic Development.
So, depending on the material of the walls, service life, housing layout, type of improvement and location of the apartment building, the cost will vary from 25.43 to 40.27 rubles per 1 sq. m. meter per month.
“Before this, residents paid 21.43 and 33.93 rubles, respectively,” explained the relevant department.
In addition, from June 1, housing maintenance fees for owners who have not decided on how to manage an apartment building will increase to 7.2%.
On average, the increase will be 2.4 rubles.
At the same time, depending on living conditions, the fee will vary from 30.68 rubles per 1 sq. meter in dilapidated or emergency buildings and up to 42.55 rubles in apartment buildings with elevators, smoke removal systems and garbage chutes.
