The project for an extension to school No. 103 in Verkhniye Pechery is undergoing state examination again

The project for an extension to school No. 103 in the Nizhny Novgorod district of Nizhny Novgorod is again undergoing the state examination stage. Representatives of the city administration reported this, responding to Nizhny Novgorod residents on social networks.

Let us remind you that school No. 103 is located on Verkhne-Pecherskaya Street, 10. In 2022, it became known that an extension for 500 students will appear next to the existing school building. In the fall of the same year, the project was presented at the Architectural Council at the Mingrad of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Specialists from Prokontur LLC worked on the concept of the extension at the request of the MKU “Main Directorate for Capital Construction of the City of Nizhny Novgorod”. According to the materials, the extension will be a three-story building, visually divided into two buildings.

Members of the Architectural Council recommended taking the extension project as the basis for further design, but taking into account changes to the name of the object and improvements to the arrangement of the facades. At the beginning of 2023, Nizhny Novgorod residents were told that construction of the extension could begin within a year, but this did not happen.

Today it has become known that the project for the extension is ready and is being considered by the state expert. In addition, the city administration sent documents to the regional Ministry of Education to include the construction of the school building in the federal and regional targeted investment programs.

Previously, DOMOSTROYNN.RU reported that the state examination approved an updated project for the construction of a school in Pavlov, Nizhny Novgorod region. The educational institution will appear in Pravik Lane. 600 children will be able to attend the school.
