In Kaliningrad, the company DSP CJSC was fined for doing pothole repairs in the rain and snow. This was announced by the head of the administration Elena Dyatlova after an operational meeting on Wednesday, April 24.

In particular, they demand 100 thousand from the company for laying the asphalt concrete mixture on Galitsky without coordination with the technical supervision of the municipal customer. Residents of the city saw how this road was being repaired during the rain.

“Our specialists took cores from the road surface and sent them for examination. If the quality does not meet the requirements, they will force you to redo it, but the work will not be accepted,” Elena Dyatlova commented on the situation.

The total amount of violations committed by DSP CJSC, as calculated by the mayor’s office, amounted to 2.3 million rubles. Repair and maintenance of roads in Kaliningrad this year cost 375 million rubles.

Last week, Klops readers noticed that the asphalt laying at the junction of Krasnaya was taking place in the rain. Dyatlova promised to look into this issue as well.
