Saratov authorities are again looking for a contractor to build a school for 1.25 billion rubles in Solnechny

In Saratov, the search for a contractor has again begun for the construction of a school for 1.5 thousand people in the eighth microdistrict of the village of Solnechny-2. Information has appeared on the government procurement portal about the holding of a corresponding auction by the municipal institution “Capital Construction” subordinate to the mayor’s office.

The initial maximum contract price is 1.25 billion rubles. Applications from potential performers will be accepted until May 8, the results of the competition will be announced on May 13.

• Previously, Governor Roman Busargin instructed officials to quickly prepare design estimates, conduct competitive procedures and find contractors for the construction of schools in Solnechny-2 (in microdistricts No. 6 and No. 8) and Aviator. This was preceded by criticism from State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin against regional authorities due to overcrowded or absent educational institutions in Saratov with dense buildings. Volodin demanded that local authorities commission three new schools in Solnechny-2 and Aviator by September 1, 2025.
