Malkov said that the administration needs to apply for the next competitive selection at the Ministry of Transport to finance the project.
As the governor said, the application was submitted once. However, it was performed poorly, which is why the money was not allocated.
Malkov also ordered pothole repairs to be done while the project is not implemented.
Let us remind you that the Ryazan transport department was obliged to repair Zubkova Street.
