In the regional center, at the request of the prosecutor’s office, the court made a decision to recover funds obtained by criminal means to the state.

The prosecutor’s office of the ZhAO of the city of Kursk, based on the materials of the criminal case, revealed the fact of receiving illegal income from fictitious registration of foreign citizens.

It was found that a local resident fictitiously registered 3 foreigners in his house for 25 thousand rubles.

By a court verdict, the Kursk resident was found guilty and sentenced to a fine of 15 thousand rubles, the Kursk Region Prosecutor’s Office reported.
