Low-income pregnant women for more than 28 weeks and nursing mothers for six months after childbirth, as well as children under three years old living in radiation-contaminated areas, are entitled to compensation for food. Women – 816.23 rubles per month, children – 544.26 and 474.09 rubles, depending on age.
Low-income women under 25 years of age receive a monthly payment of 3,000 rubles at the birth of their first and second child at the age of one and a half to three years. And full-time students are entitled to 4 thousand rubles per month from the birth of the child until the age of three.
Significant support measures are provided for large families in the Tula region. 11 thousand rubles per month is assigned at the birth of a third child in a low-income family. If documents on income are not provided, payments will amount to 2,421.9 rubles per minor per month. Applications for payments can be submitted electronically through the State Services portal or any branch of the MFC.
At the birth of the third and each subsequent child, families are provided with regional maternity capital in the amount of 150 thousand rubles, as well as a plot of land for farming or building housing.
Instead of a plot, you can receive compensation of 200 thousand rubles, but only for improving living conditions.
For large families with five or more children, it is possible to improve their living conditions upon receipt of a payment, which is calculated individually, taking into account the cost of a square meter of housing and the fact that a person is entitled to 18 “squares” of living space.
The size of the federal maternity capital is now 630 thousand rubles. for the first and 833 thousand rubles. for a second child. This money can be spent on education, improving living conditions, mother’s pension, adaptation and socialization of disabled children and monthly payments to low-income families.
It is important that now maternity capital is issued without applying to the social fund, simply upon the birth and registration of a child.
