Kaliningrad resident Valery, who set up a shelter for cats in a one-room apartment, is looking for a new home for himself and 50 of his pets. The man himself told Klops about this.

The owners of the rented one-room apartment where Valery lives now do not object to the shelter. But the apartment is located in a dilapidated building; they plan to demolish it this year. Already in July the man will be forced to move out. He is pessimistic about his chances of successfully searching for a new place.

“I looked at different options… Of course, no one will agree. That’s why I’m looking for a vacant space. Basement or semi-basement in the basement. I would be there with them, but how else? They won’t survive without me, they need to be looked after,” said Valery.

Now in his shelter “Beloyar” there are 35 adult cats and 15 small kittens. “Someone once threw them out, threw them away, left them to certain death. I look after them and feed them,” shared the Kaliningrad resident.

In the video, his animals look clean and well-groomed, they have enough trays and beds. Kittens sleep on a disposable diaper in a separate cage.
