Traffic lights have been restored in the Central District of St. Petersburg. As the Petersburg Diary was informed by the Directorate for Traffic Management, at the intersections of Nevsky Prospekt with Liteiny and Vladimirsky Prospekts and the Fontanka embankment, traffic lights are now working properly.

“Traffic lights have already turned on on Nevsky Prospekt, Fontanka Embankment and Liteiny Prospekt. There was no food,” the Directorate said.

Earlier, there was a transport collapse in the center of St. Petersburg. Traffic jams have accumulated due to non-functioning traffic lights. According to Yandex.Traffic, congestion was observed on Nevsky Prospekt, on Liteiny and Vladimirsky towards Nevsky and on the embankment on both sides.

“Petersburg Diary” also previously reported that a new traffic light will be installed at the intersection of Nauki Avenue and Academician Konstantinov Street. Read more here.
