A Tula teacher became the winner of the First National Prize “Russia – My Horizons”!

Natalya Motorina, a teacher-navigator from school No. 8 in Bogoroditsk, became one of the best in the category “Best career guidance practices for families.” Her project “Parent in the Topic” attracted attention and earned recognition as part of the First National Award “Russia – My Horizons.”

The national award, sponsored by the Humanitarian Projects Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, became part of the “Ticket to the Future” initiative aimed at vocational guidance for schoolchildren. The purpose of the award is to recognize individual and collective efforts that contribute to the successful career choice of young people.

The award ceremony for the winners took place on April 23 at VDNKh, where the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, Sergei Kravtsov, also participated. He expressed congratulations to the winners and expressed gratitude to all participants and organizers of the “Ticket to the Future” project.

Teacher navigators of the Tula region also received recognition for their active participation in the project. In 2023, more than 11 thousand schoolchildren and more than 200 teacher-navigators took part in the initiative in the Tula region, where the project is being implemented under the leadership of the Tula State Mechanical Engineering College named after. N. Demidov and is coordinated by the Center for Advanced Professional Training.
