114 drivers in Tver risked their lives

In the regional center, a preventive measure was carried out to identify drivers who do not wear seat belts.

From April 15 to 21 in Tver, employees of a separate traffic police company, while supervising road traffic, identified and compiled 114 administrative materials under Article 12.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in relation to drivers who ignore the use of seat belts. Also, five administrative materials were drawn up for violating the rules for transporting children in a car – under Part 3 of Article 12.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

“The State Traffic Inspectorate reminds that for failure to use seat belts, according to Article 12.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, administrative liability is provided in the form of a fine in the amount of 1,000 rubles, and in accordance with Part 3 of Article 12.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of requirements for the transportation of children), a penalty of a fine of 3,000 rubles. Drivers and passengers! Take care of your life and the lives of your loved ones, use seat belts and child restraints.”– Tver drivers were contacted by the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate for the city of Tver.
