Victoria Skatova was appointed head of the economic development department of Tomsk

The day before, on April 23, Victoria Skatova became the head of the economic development department of the Tomsk administration.

As the press service of the mayor’s office clarifies, the new manager was among the winners of the competition for the management personnel reserve, which also ended yesterday.

Victoria Skatova graduated from Tomsk State University. Since 2005 – specialist in the department of social protection of the population of the Tomsk region. Since 2009, she worked in the Department of Economics of the Tomsk Region. In 2015, she completed her studies at the TSU Graduate School of Business.

From 2015 to the present, she has been Deputy Head of the Department of General Education of the Tomsk Region for the development of educational infrastructure.
