Let us remind you that the accident involving a car occurred on the night of April 23. The culprit who left the scene of the accident was identified on the same day.

According to the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, he is a 37-year-old resident of the Bryansk region. He did not have a license to drive a vehicle.

According to preliminary data, the driver of a Hyundai Solaris, moving along Kirov Street towards Victory Square, lost control and hit a metal fence installed around a fountain located on the square, after which he disappeared. The car was placed in the impound lot by police officers.

Currently, several administrative cases have been initiated against the citizen. In addition to the fine for not having a license to drive a car, he was issued fines for failure to comply with the requirements for compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners, stopping vehicles at a pedestrian crossing, and leaving the scene of an accident.

The nature and extent of the damage caused is established.
