In Tula, intensive educational courses will be held for management teams of commissions on juvenile affairs. This became known during the visit of Dmitry Ustinov, a representative of the commission for minors’ affairs and protection of their rights in the DPR, to our region.

It is noted that the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation has consolidated the apparatus of the commission for the affairs of minors and the protection of their rights of the Tula region to assist the Donetsk People’s Republic in establishing a system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency.

According to Deputy Prime Minister Olga Gremyakova, the region is ready to share with colleagues from new regions its developments, development strategy, approaches to team building, help in creating regulations, etc.

Dmitry Ustinov attended meetings of municipal commissions on juvenile affairs in Novomoskovsk and Tula, as well as the Situation Center of the Governor of the Tula Region.

Gremyakova noted that the model of work of commissions on juvenile affairs and the protection of their rights in the Tula region is based on digital analytics and work with data that the regional commission office accumulates in the form of information panels in the Situation Center.

Dmitry Ustinov thanked his Tula colleagues for their assistance and transfer of experience.
