The Kirov region has become one of the top leaders in the involvement of land plots in integrated territorial development (CTD). Also in the rating of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation were Moscow and the Moscow region.

In the Kirov region, 29 projects with an area of ​​1.6 million square meters of housing are planned to be implemented on 218 hectares. According to this indicator, the region entered the top ten, noted Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Kirov Region Alexey Zherdev.

– In addition, the KRT is solving the issue of “infill development” – the construction of high-rise buildings surrounded by old houses with a minimum number of parking spaces and a lack of social infrastructure. There is a complete understanding of what, where and how many schools, kindergartens, hospitals, and parking lots will appear during the development of a new residential neighborhood,” added Zherdev.

Previously, the Kirov region was noted as a leader in the integrated development of territories at the All-Russian Congress in Moscow.
