In the Belgorod region, since 2018, more than 100 enterprises have joined the national project “Labor Productivity”

One of the areas of support is training employees in tools to increase productivity. For this purpose, the program provides more than 10 trainings.

The PC Leader enterprise has been producing children’s toys for more than 10 years. In February, the company joined the Labor Productivity national project. One of the stages of employee training is the “Logistics Process Factory”.

“Previously, we were already a participant in other lean production programs, they concerned specifically the production processes of our company. Now we have moved on to other company structures – logistics and warehouse. We want to make our work more efficient, reduce costs, increase labor productivity,” noted the HR manager at PC Leader LLC. Victoria Shpakova.

For this purpose, the trainers of the regional competence center prepared a training production site consisting of three rounds. The participants’ task is to optimize the process of fulfilling orders for the supply of materials.

“As part of the first round, the enterprise team will face systemic problems. Accordingly, they do not have address storage, there are difficulties associated with the supply of material and, accordingly, the client will not receive the entire volume of the order that he requires from the team. Accordingly, the team will need to solve this problem in the second and third rounds,” said the project manager of the regional competence center Anton Kunakov.

As a result, the time for order picking will be reduced, the number of transportations will be reduced, and the company will receive maximum profit.

In total, almost 900 employees from fifty companies participating in the national project “Labor Productivity” were trained at the training production sites of the RCC. And organizations that are just planning to change for the better can apply on its official website and be selected.
