A trial date has been set for the ex-manager of the Solnechny cottage village in Tula

In Tula, a date has been set for a court hearing in the criminal case of the manager of the Solnechny cottage village, Gennady Eirich. Let us remind you that he is accused of 29 cases of fraud and two counts of extortion. The investigation believes that for several years Eyrich deceived residents of the village, demanding money for communications already connected to their houses.

Twenty owners paid the attacker more than 8.3 million rubles. He threatened three of them that he would destroy their property if they refused to pay.

On Tuesday, April 23, Eirich’s term of detention was extended as a preventive measure, the Judicial Department of the Tula Region reported. The hearing was scheduled for April 27, it will take place in the Leninsky District Court.
