Last year, the power supply system and blind area were repaired at the same address, the mayor reported on social networks.

Work on major roof repairs with restoration of the dormer window and smoke ventilation pipes is taking place in the house on Pukhova, 39a. Also, at Lenin, 62, the Kaluga Region Apartment Building Overhaul Fund is repairing the roof.

“At the expense of the city budget, we plan to carry out major repairs in accordance with 77 court decisions: 16 of them in full, 61 partially. The roofs of the houses on Pukhova, 39a and Moskovskaya, 160a have already been repaired. The implementation of the capital repair program in Kaluga is one of the city’s priorities, so I personally monitor this issue.”commented Dmitry Denisov.
