On Tuesday, April 23, at the regional assembly point in the Fokinsky district of Bryansk, the first spring dispatch of conscripts to the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation took place. This was reported to the local administration.
According to tradition, the departure took place in a solemn atmosphere. The honored guests of the event wished the recruits a safe service, go through the school of life with honor and dignity, gain physical and moral strength, and become real men and defenders of the Fatherland.
