Tambov is preparing for the upcoming beach season, which will open in just over a month. Employees of the Municipal Services Directorate are working to prepare 14 city beaches for tourists.
Now work is already underway on arranging rescue posts: they are opened and dried after the winter period. In the near future, it is planned to carry out sanitary cleaning and bring in the necessary equipment.
In parallel with this, the locker rooms are being repaired and painted, as well as the stairs that lead to the water are being restored. At the Directorate’s base, wooden benches and sun loungers are also being prepared for the new season, which will be used by vacationers.
“In the future, we will be importing sand, there will be an inspection of the bottom by divers, and accordingly, samples of water and sand will be carried out, as well as acaricidal treatment of the beaches. There will be a swimming pool installed on the beach, and this year we will install a children’s swimming pool in Laski. So far we are only preparing fourteen beaches. Next we will look at the conclusion of water,” says Alla Poroshina, head of the section of the Directorate of Municipal Services.
We remind you that the beach season starts on June 1 and will last until August 31.
