Rostov region, April 19, 2024. DON24.RU. SVO participants participate in the selection for the educational program “Time of Heroes”. Even being on the front line does not prevent many from getting tested. This was reported by the telegram channel “Time of Heroes” with reference to the head of the program’s evaluation activities block, Pavel Bezruchko.

“We initially perfectly understood all the difficulties that our military personnel located in the combat zone would face. Therefore, they put a special mark on the questionnaire. A special procedure was provided for them, including an increase in testing time and passing tests at assessment centers,” the source quotes him as saying.

Pavel Bezruchko noted that the majority of military personnel located in the special operation zone were so motivated to participate in the program that they underwent testing in the general manner. According to him, 65% of the program participants in the SVO – almost 7,000 people – were able to complete the tests in the allotted time. Another 3,300 soldiers performing military duty are waiting for testing at assessment centers.

“We bow to the guys: finding time and opportunity for self-development while performing combat missions is a very high motivation,” Bezruchko emphasized.

Those soldiers who, for objective reasons, were unable to complete registration or did not have time to undergo testing will receive invitations to visit assessment centers in branches of the Presidential Academy. Also, invitations can be received by soldiers who performed missions on the front line and encountered serious technical problems.
