Deputies agreed to increase the salaries of employees of schools and kindergartens in Voronezh

Teachers will receive new bonuses

In Voronezh, City Duma deputies approved an increase in wages for employees of schools and kindergartens. On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at a meeting they agreed on changes to the regulations on the teacher remuneration system. All parliamentarians present voted unanimously for these questions.

Thus, an additional bonus was established for school teachers for having the “Excellence in Physical Education” badge in the amount of 1,600 rubles. A list of positions was also established for which additional payments would be paid to young specialists, whose age was increased from 30 to 35 years. Those who accompany children when transporting them to schools will receive compensation payments.

Additional payments were provided for managing the school theater, participating in a mobile anti-crisis team and managing the school museum. And class teachers will receive an additional monthly supplement of 5,000 rubles from the federal budget.

For kindergarten workers, salaries and wage rates will now be increased depending on their professional qualification group. For example, the salary of a teacher according to the PKG will increase from 15,100 rubles to 16,319 rubles, and the salary of a third-class worker will increase from 12,860 to 13,725 rubles.
