The 30th extraordinary meeting of the Orenburg City Council took place in the regional center. The people’s representatives considered two issues. Both of them are related to the emergency situation introduced in Orenburg due to the flood.

Let us remind you that all city services continue to work around the clock due to the flood situation this year. Operational actions are now being taken throughout the Orenburg region to overcome the destructive forces of the flood. The regional center was no exception.

At the very beginning of the work of the City Council, she addressed the deputies Chairman of the Orenburg City Council Olga Berezneva :

– Colleagues, we all know about the situation that has developed in our city. Now the state of emergency continues to operate in Orenburg. This is a tragedy that today requires systematic and constructive work.

At an extraordinary meeting, deputies of the City Council made changes to the regulations on the budget process. spoke on this issue Deputy Head of the City of Orenburg for Economics and Finance Dmitry Musin :

– We have a reserve fund from which funds are provided, including those aimed at eliminating the consequences of emergencies. The project decision proposes to transfer the right of the city administration to approve by regulation the issue of increasing this reserve fund at the expense of gratuitous revenues.

Head of the United Russia faction in the Orenburg City Council Alexander Shmarin When discussing this issue, he addressed his colleagues and noted that all deputies had a lot of work ahead of them:

“It’s gratifying that not a single deputy of the City Council remained aloof from the misfortune that affected many Orenburg residents. This means that together we have united in front of a common problem and will solve it together. I am convinced that we will now need not only financial support, but also any other support, including physical support. Therefore, I once again urge all of us to mobilize.

During the voting, people’s representatives unanimously supported the decision to amend the regulations on the budget process.

– These changes will allow, based on the resolution of the Orenburg city administration, to quickly increase the size of the reserve of financial and material resources for eliminating emergency situations: at the expense of last year’s budget balances, revenues from higher budgets, as well as targeted gratuitous revenues. These funds will be used to eliminate the consequences of the flood,” said Olga Berezneva.

The second issue that the deputies considered is related to the establishment of the names of SNT and the streets in them, which will allow residents to promptly draw up the necessary documents to receive government assistance.

– This is only the first part of the changes. In the near future, the city administration, together with the City Council, will continue to work on assigning names to gardening partnerships, noted Olga Berezneva.

People’s deputies supported the assignment of names to elements of the planning structure, elements of the street and road network in the city of Orenburg:

1) on assigning the name “Mirnoye” to the territory of SNT, as well as to elements of the road network: Kariernaya street, Dachnaya street, Central street, 1st passage, 2nd passage, 3rd passage, 4th passage, 5th passage -th, passage 6th, passage 7th, passage 8th, passage 9th, passage 10th, passage 11th, passage 12th, passage 13th, passage 14th, passage 15 -y, passage 16th, passage 17th, passage 18th, passage 19th, passage 20th, passage 21st, passage 22nd, passage 23rd, passage 24th;

2) on assigning the name “Nadezhda” to the territory of SNT, as well as to elements of the road network: Armyskaya Street, Rodnikovaya Street, Vishnevaya Street, Tsvetochnaya Street, Mercy Street;

3) on assigning the name “East” to the territory of SNTSN, as well as to elements of the road network: Polevaya Street, Yablonevaya Street, Transformatornaya Street, Central Street, Novoselov Street, Ovrazhnaya Street, Oblepikhovaya Street, Solnechny Lane;

4) on assigning the name “Energetik” to the territory of SNT, as well as to elements of the road network: Energetikov Street, Sadovaya Street, Svyazistov Street, Krasny Partizan Street.

At the end of the extraordinary meeting, the chairman of the Orenburg City Council emphasized that at the moment the situation with the flood remains difficult.

– But there is also good news. Water is slowly beginning to recede from flooded urban areas. All services continue to operate around the clock,” said Olga Berezneva.
