The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg temporarily suspended the work of the cafe on Sadovaya Street, 67, lit. Ah, pom. 9-N due to unsanitary conditions. To administrative liability under Art. 6.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for catering for the population) attracted Anfisa LLC.
As the joint press service of the courts of St. Petersburg reported on April 24, Rospotrebnadzor specialists previously conducted an unscheduled inspection of a catering outlet after a request from one of the city residents. Based on the results of the inspection, it was found that the premises of the establishment were poorly ventilated, and in the kitchen there were few tables for preparing dishes, there were no labels on products, etc. Kommersant reported this.

Now, according to the court’s decision, the establishment has 35 days to eliminate the violations. At the same time, during the court hearing, a company representative stated that the problems had already been resolved.
